CYA Helpdesk 1.0 (164Kb)

CYA Helpdesk is a simple Access 2000 database for logging technical support calls. It's simple, small, easy to use, and free. This isn't appropriate for an enterprise solution, but it's good for techs who need to log their work for CYA purposes

If you need a quick ACCESS solution then this provides it. The Support department may use specialized software for the corporation, but if you just need to monitor all the requests you receive and track your response time for a performance goal, then this does the trick. Downloaded it, make the style modications and header changes for the information you want to capture and it is good to go. It saves you the time and hassle of creating it yourself.
