Dialup Actions 1.0.2.47 (756Kb)

If you are using a single computer with a modem and Internet Connection Sharing (or other Proxy software) to provide access to the Internet for your network, Dialup Actions will notify all the machines on the network when the Internet connection becomes available. Each machine can then automatically perform actions such as checking email, synchronising a database, ftp'ing files etc. (Supported platforms: 95/98/ME/NT4/2000).

System tray icon on client machines indicates when a dialup line is active (and how long it has been active) on the proxy. This can be used to tell the Proxy to drop the line.

Service can be configured to take different actions depending on which ISP is being used.

Runs as a service (on NT and W2K) on both proxy and client machines, or as a standard exe on Windows 9x / ME.

Settings are quickly and easily changed via the configuration window.
