Every agent has his own queues with cases to monitor. All interactions with clients and updates by other agents are structured and time-stamped in the case history. There is a visual clue if a case is updated by another agent. There is instant messaging of cases that are threatened to be overdue. Other features include direct e-mail from the program, an activity log, a database backup option, different user levels, and more.
